Step 1: Project request agreement and deposit for design
We hold weekly design meetings (in person or virtually) to get to know you and your needs. In 2-3 weeks, we really start to dial in on your style, which is so exciting.
Step 2: Contractor walk-through
We gather all the important details during this step. We work with loyal, handpicked subcontractors that we know well who are all licensed and insured with warranties. You get the same crew throughout your entire home remodel process.

Step 3: Budget meeting
We talk details on design selections and element options that match your budget and your style. Everything is stored in a Gather & Spruce project binder that stays at your home to keep everyone on the same page.
Step 4: Build contract
During this step, we outline when payments are due and go over the change order process in case you change your mind along the way.

Step 5: Order all materials
We gather all materials before we begin…to increase efficiencies and avoid delays in waiting for materials to arrive. Clients love how this reduces stress and hiccups with less disruption in their homes.
Step 6: Pre-construction meeting
This happens 1-2 weeks before we begin construction. We lock in logistics like what to do with your pets, trash removal and our working hours. We also build out a timeline for start date and desired completion date.
With everything gathered, we begin sprucing up your space.
